IASE attempts to list refund and return policies on each page that sells a particular item. If no policy is listed the following Peace of Mind Guarantee will be in affect.
Tangible items include CDs and workbooks of a program may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase provided it is in perfect, resalable condition (no writing on pages, no smudges or dirt, etc.). To get the return process started, please email the team at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will give you the address for returning your product.
Spiritual Readings, Individual Coaching Sessions & Packages are Non-Refundable. However you may cancel our ongoing coaching sessions at anytime by sending an email to email@example.com
Monthly Membership Programs
Refunds ARE NOT given for any month in which you were a member. Membership fees for our monthly programs are billed on the first of each month. To CANCEL your membership you need to notify us by the 20th of the preceding month to cancel. Any requests after the 20th of the month will be effective the first day of the second month. For example if you cancel your membership on March 23 your membership will be canceled April 30. You would be billed in April and would still have access to the membership site.
Teleclasses and Webinars
If you are not satisfied with the value within 60 days of the purchase and you do not believe the course material was worth the value, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund.
If you’re not satisfied with any program, just let us know within 30 days of your order, and we will refund 100% of your purchase.
Refunds will only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for refund.
Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
